I mentioned the UMS fesival dates a few days ago, but that’s just one of a few really cool festivals happening this summer!

Titwrench is planned to happen July 24-26 at some of Denver’s coolest venues like Rhinoceropolis, Blast-o-mat and Glob. The whole thing is female-centered and DIY.

The line-up hasn’t been made yet, but I have a feeling some awesome local, all-girl bands like Lady Parts, Married in Berdichev!, Yellow Elephant and Valet Park This might be involved.

The Westword Music Showcase is going to have some big headliners (Meese, Built to Spill and The Fluid) along with 50 other local bands. It’s set to happen Saturday, June 13 in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver.
